We dedicate time and effort to the creation of detailed project schedules, which give clients informed positions on timelines and progress. Our schedulers have accurate and current information on resource availability and economic fluctuations affecting programs.

Construction delivery

Construction personnel collaborate closely with our estimating and design teams for a seamless project handover. An emphasis on scheduling allows us to adhere to timelines, and deliver work in accordance with our clients' needs. Arccon understands the critical importance of meeting the practical completion date, and we work tirelessly to achieve milestones. We take pride in our product and reward staff for high-quality workmanship.

Excellence in safety

We believe our outstanding safety performance can be attributed to a number of initiatives, including regular, extensive external auditing across all sites. Arccon has built a strong relationship with building unions to ensure favourable workplace conditions for employees and subcontractors, which has provided us with an enviable industrial relations record.

Project completion

Arccon appoints personnel to manage the completion process of a project, including FESA testing and the release of the completion certificates from local councils. A dedicated team is also on-hand for the management of any maintenance required following project completion.
