Working with an architect, Arccon can estimate the cost of a number of concept designs, to optimise the project return for the developer. Project designs begin with the client possessing a firm understanding of the final budget.

Arccon's design team is highly-regarded for their ability to manage development approvals and building licence applications, in order to obtain the most advantageous result for the project. This can include the scheduling of the design around the staging of building licence applications to reduce the lead time prior to on-site construction.
